Word of mouth (WOM) marketing is a hugely underestimated and under-utilized marketing tool. As we approach the marketing of Robotube Games, we are taking a close look a this method. With few marketing dollars and a need to show market acceptance quickly, WOM marketing will play a key role in RTGs success. Check out this chart I found on MocoNews.net

Of course, we would love to be featured on phone menus and carrier websites, but check out that bar next to friends and family. Generating effective WOM marketing for RTG is going to be a huge factor! So, tell all of your friends and family about Robotube Games!

One Response to “Marketing mobile Games through WOM Marketing”

  1. Great info. Some things don’t changeit’s always been about networking. I agree that WOM or viral marketing can be a cost effective way to build a business, at least another tool to use. However, it takes real effort, time and some luck to have a huge viral effect with a single release. You can have success but not by just posting something cool and then sitting back waiting for millions to forward it. I think it’s more exciting now because of the potential size of the network but you still have to “get out there and mingle” to make it happen even in the digital world.
